I am using a Cisco Aironet (AIR-CB21AG-A-K9) 802.11a/g/b Wireless Adapter. In the area that I am working the reception is not 100% and I thought that an additional external antenna might be a simple fix. Am I on track with the idea? Can anyone suggest an antenna that I could buy that would work with this particular card?

From the part number it's a Cardbus PCMCIA card so you can't attach an additional antenna.

We have many cards like yours and they dissappoints! The reception is poor on them comparing to other cards as Linksys, old Compaq WL110 etc. Would expect more of a card that is rather expensive. I have seen socalled high power cards on the web, but cant remember any names now.
