AIR 1852i cannot join WLC and setup it. It automatically loop restart.

My 1852i disconnect from WLC. And I start it display below. Sometimes need to input new username and password\ SSID, but I can't save it. And it automatically loop restart. Start the indicator is solid green. After a while blink green, and then blink red.

What's wrong with this AP?

Thanks,

 - I suspect the access point is broken , have it replaced (you may try factory reset as a last resort attempt to get it going)

Thanks for your suggestion. I reset it but the problem still exists.

Suggest factory reset on AP as @marce1000 says, otherwise replace the AP

Thank you. I think there is no repair value because it is out of warranty. The vendor said it need the third support to repair and its repair is expensive.

The AP is faulty - dead radios - needs RMA.
As @Leo Laohoo constantly reminds people - these APs have limited lifetime warranty:

If you have already updated and the device is still not updating, create an RMA to replace the device

@Do Tien Dung this is the 5th SPAM post of your video (which I've seen so far) - again totally inappropriate to this thread which is about faulty hardware.  Converting this AP to ME will not repair the hardware!  And again the user has already explained that the AP is connected to a WLC so definitely should not be converting to ME!
