The operational stats of the AP is down.

Do you have other APs on WLC without having this issue?

I would check the correct country code configured on WLC that match -D regulatory domain

Hi, yeah we have another AP of same model and regulatory domain.

AP0004 3 AIR-AP3802I-D-K9 3c:13:cc:e3:30:c0 default location IN 10.10.10.11 0 [0 ,0 ,0 ]<<< non working

IMPORTANT:  On IOS-XE, Cisco do not recommend CDP and LLDP to be both enabled (CSCvr24032).  

Is the AP connected to port Gi1/0/44 powering up or not? 

WARNING:  Pay close attention to CSCvv54912.

AP connected on gi1/0/44 is up and registered in wlc.

Only issue the operational status is down

I think I know what this is. 

If you reboot switch 1, does the issue go away?
