AIR-AP1131AG configuring and joining to 5508 WLC

Hello Support Community,

I am new to this community and also not cisco guy.. I am wondering if someone can help me to configure an AP (AIR-AP1131AG-E-K9) from the scratch and join it our existing 5508 WLC? 

We have like couple APs that are not working. I cant see from the controller anymore and some are physically dead no power. We bought a new units but I dont know what to do with them..

I hope someone will reply and help with this.

Can you console into the AP or not?

How could I do that? connect the AP console to wlc or to switch?

I am sorry but I have no experience with 1130 or cisco aps in general.
