AIR-AP1832I-E-K9 not visible in Prime

Hello,

I've got some issues trying to get these new APs visible into Prime:

AP model: AIR-AP1832I-E-K9

WLC: 5760, IOS-XE 7.5.3

Prime: 3.1

They register perfectly fine on the WLC, I can edit them, etc... but they can't be found on Prime even after a Sync of the WLC.

Also the AP gets Admin disabled after a reboot of the AP and I need to re-enable it manually every time.

Can I get some help on this please?

Another user had a similar issue and after installing a tech pack their APs showed up:

I'm not sure the current pack available for download is for much more than NBAR so potentially applying the latest patch might help? 

You'll definitely need to check the caveats of each patch and the installation path as prime is very sensitive to changes/updates etc. Backup absolutely everything possible before doing so!
