Hi,

according to datasheet,

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/wireless/aironet-1830-series-access-points/datasheet-c78-735582.html

this support both J5 and J6 injectors with conditions. better check device with another power injector because port may be faulty. also make sure you are connecting to correct power in-out ports to AP and switch. also check power source connected to injector.

Hi Kasun,

Thanks for replying,

I’ve tried different APs with the same injector, they all works, it’s just this AP has some power issues. The injector is working well.

Thank you, Regards,

Hi,

in that case, better open TAC and request for replace.
