I've configured 10 AIR-AP1852E on a WLC2504 with Software Version 8.1.131.0 but i can't configure those ap in Flexconnect Mode.

From Cisco documentation the available modes are "Centralized local", "Standalone", "Sniffer", "Cisco FlexConnect", "Monitor", "OfficeExtent" and "Mesh" but in the configuration i've only the "Sniffer" and "local" mode.

Does anyone know why ?

v8.2.110.0 and later has support for Flex on the 18xx AP models also.  Massimo, so you have it working in production and it is stable?

Starting from 8.3.102 18xx series aps gain flexconnect support, tried this with success.

I have a little production environment with vwlc and 7 1832 aps, it works since a couple of weeks without any issue.

Release is 8.3.102 which is the first and the only with support to flexconnect on vwlc and 18xx aps.

In a few weeks we'll bring the total number of aps to 28, that will be a more meaningful experience.

I'll let you know.

Keep us posted!  It should work fine, but the 18xx are running a different underlay OS.

You can bet on it !!!

Not sure about this, it seems to me the same old ios but running on a linux kernel and with a limited cli interface.
