Hello.
We have three AIR-CAP1602I-x-K9 that work with controller AIR-CT2504-5-K9, with IOS 7.4.110.0.
The problem is this: when any of the connected clients begins to transmit / receive traffic (eg file download), it immediately begins to lose network pings go with a very long delay until the gap and the transmission is halted. The client then connects again and the situation repeats itself. As customers use different laptops and other mobile devices, which when tested were in direct line of sight from the access point at a distance of 3 meters, signal is excellent.
Please tell me what could be the problem?

Hi Nikolay.
First check the port setting of WLC and Swicth. Both should be full duplex.
Paste the output of this command to find out the exact cause,
debug client <MAC address>;

What is the model of the wireless NIC?

Leo, as I said above, try different mobile devices (laptops, phones, etc.), all the same problem.

Also try to only allow the 2.4ghz for testing and them only allow the 5ghz only for testing. See if one or both is the issue.
