hi i have AIR-CT5520-K9 in boot Standing on this screen what do I do

Don't use the KVM console. That screen tells me the KVM has "handed over" to the WLC software. The only way to see is to use the console port at the back.
Is Serial on LAN (SoL) enabled?

Yes... use a standard console cable if you want access to the wlc.
