The "2" means that it has two radios:  2.4 Ghz and 5.0 Ghz

Yes, it supports dual radio.

Is it the only AP having an issue.

Do you see both radios available on Radio page?

Wireless>> All AP>> Select the AP>> click interfaces tab>> Do you see A radio

check the A radio admin status, enable if not already.

Did you select the right CC or what country code did you select on WLC?

Does Msglog shows messages related to regulatory domain failure?

Wireless>> All AP>> Select the AP>> click interfaces tab>> Check regulatory domain status for A radio

get, AP#show cont d1

Reboot the AP and get the log from the start and post it here.

Yup,

Cisco ap versions are easy to remeber ...

1140 is the model series

1141 is a spcific model - 1 = 2.4 Radio

1142 is a specifci model - 2 = 2.4 / 5 Ghz.

Same is true about other model

3500 series

3501 is a spcific model - 1 = 2.4 Radio

3502 is a specifci model - 2 = 2.4 / 5 Ghz.

You will also see "e" and "i"

e = external anetanns

i = internal antennas
