AIR-SAP2602I-C-K9 not working at 2.4GHz

Hi,

I have a AIR-SAP2602I-C-K9 which is not showing the 2.4GHz radio in the GUI configuration.When I configure dot11radio 0 on cli (which I assume is the 2.4GHz radio) it still does not work at 2.4GHz.

The AP is working fine for 5GHz.Find attached.

Please assist

=> counterintuitive radio0 is 5GHz and not 2.4GHz
post the same output for radio1

The dot11Radio 1 is also showing 5GHz. How does it occur for dot11Radio 0 to be 5GHz? Are these radios changeable?

the  2800/3800 series do have an option to enable two 5GHz radio's

but you specify the 2600 series..... afaik this model can't.

when you access the web-interface of the device what does this tell you?

is it possible to do a reset-to factory-defaults? and start from scratch?
