Aironet 1550 Mesh APs with 5500 WLC Design

Dear Gurus,

This is my first time working on the outdoor mesh APs and I wish to ensure that I'm putting the right part numbers together.

Client is a factory with a 200x220m open space with heights ranging between 10-14 meters. Customer has carts, handhelds and other few moving devices that use 802.11b/g/n NICs and wishes to cover the whole area with Wi-Fi to ensure these devices maintain network connectivity.

I have suggested the following part numbers to be deployed at the highest points in the roof (around 14m) at the middle of the width and at 70m separation (one AP at 70m and the other one at 140m):

AIR-CAP1552E-E-K9802.11N Outdoor Mesh Access   Point, Ext. Ant., E Reg. Domain2
AIR-ANT2547V-N2.4 GHz 4dBi/5 GHz 7dBi Dual Band Omni Antenna, N connector6
AIR-ACCPMK1550=1550 Series Pole-Mount Kit2
AIR-CORD-R3P-40UE=1520 Series AC Power Cord, 40 ft. unterm, EU Harmonized2
GLC-SX-MM-RGD=1000Mbps Multi-Mode Rugged SFP2
AIR-BAND-INST-TL=1520 Series Band Installation Tool for the Pole Mount Kit1

I've added 3 antennas to each AP and decided to go with an AC feed and fiber feed to get to each one.

Along with this, I have added the following WLC:

AIR-CT5508-12-K9Cisco 5508 Series Wireless   Controller for up to 12 APs1
AIR-PWR-5500-AC=Cisco 5500 Series Wireless Controller Redundant Power Supply1
AIR-CT5500-RK-MNTRack Mounting Kit for the Cisco 5500 Wireless Controller1

Taking into account that I will be using the same WLC to connect few indoor APs as follows:

AIR-CAP3502I-E-K9802.11a/g/n Ctrlr-based AP   w/CleanAir; Int Ant; E Reg Domain8
AIR-AP-BRACKET-2802.11n AP Universal Mounting Bracket8
AIR-AP-T-RAIL-RCeiling Grid Clip for Aironet APs - Recessed Mount (Default)8
AIR-CHNL-ADAPTERT-Rail Channel Adapter for Cisco Aironet Access Points8
AIR-PWRINJ4Power Injector - AP1140/1250/1260/3500 Series8

Can anyone spot any flow in this design or these part numbers?

Would appreciate your feedback on this one as these APs are not cheap and don't have short leadtimes so I want to make sure that everything is honky dory before I go and order ...

Cheers,

Salem.
