Aironet Advantage Term Licenses Consumed

We bought APs and WLCs with essential licenses but when we loaded the token an alert appeared in the Smart account saying that we had "Insufficient Licenses" for Aironet DNA Advantage Term Licenses and AP Perpetual Networkstack Advantage. we don't even use features that require these licenses as far as i know. we also checked the license level set on the WLC and they were both essential level.

This looks okay. I would suggest to remove the WLC from smart account and re-add it..in other words de-register and re-register it again. Hopefully that might solve the issue.
