How do I change the channel set to ETSI ? Can this only be done at the factory ?

You can’t change it. You have to order the right one from Cisco.

I would bet that if you had one ETSI-spec unit you could copy the Installation Key from it to others, but you might invalidate the warranty and support agreements.

It's not possible to copy an installation key off an AP & then back on... it doesn't work.

If the installation key is deleted, the AP needs to be RMA'd to Cisco.

I'd say copying between APs isn't going to be an option either.

I know that's Cisco's position, but I've done it and it works - it just takes several steps and enough luck not to lose power during the process.
