Hi,

We are trying to build the mobility tunnel from 3504 to 2504, but both control and data path shows down. Ping works fine, but mping and eping fails. But also, there is an existing mobility tunnel built with 3504 to 2504 (different) which is up and working.

Attached debug logs of 3504 controller from which are trying to build the mobility tunnel.

Hello,

Make sure you dont have any firewall or Access List in between. Port 16666 UDP must be permitted.

And also UDP 16667.

Compare to the config on the WLCs where it's working.
