Ibrahim.....are your 802.11a and b/g Network Status radio buttons checked?  Go to Wireless tab, then 802.11a/n/ac, then click network.  The 802.11a Network Status radio button should be set to enable.  Same process for the 801.11b/g/n network.

Hello bro

if i enable these the AP will not join the controller

thanks

Then it seems as though you have a different issue. APs not joining a controller can have a few reasons, NTP/System time not set, AP license issue, etc. Is this a new controller and are these the first APs you are trying to associate to it?

Post the complete output to the following commands:

  1. WLC:  sh sysinfo;
  2. WLC:  sh time;
  3. AP:  sh version; and
  4. AP:  sh ip interface brief

Not sure they would join with radio down but could it be a missmatch in regulatory domain regarding WLC and AP?

An output from an AP in it's joining process would most likely have the answer, I suggest you turn on the radio and provide the output (from the AP and WLC if possible).
