Anyone know if the non detachable antennas are replaceable on the 861-W routers? Had a small accident with one of them and need to get a new one. A quick search isn't showing it up as a seperate part so I thought I'd throw it out as a Q.
Thanks
Nathan

Yes. You can replace them. Since the 860W is only 802.11b then you can replace it with AIR-AT2422DB or AIR-ANT4941.

Unfortunately the 861-W routers have the non detachable antennas. There's no RP-BNC connector, they're just hardwired into the chassis. The can be remove by opening the cover etc but the two antenna's you mention above won't work on this unit.

Hi,
Yes all 800 series come up with inbuilt antenna that is hardwired and except the 881Wg where in its detachable..
if the antenna breaks then its better to throw the same and then if you want get the RMA if the device is either under warranty or contract..
Lemme know if this answered ur question!!
