Hi,

I have problem with this 2 AP model 3500i out of 140 APs. below is my finding:-

1. Suspected AP froze with bright white light and dissociated from controller

2. After bounce back (shut / no shut) the port, its working as normal

3. In a while, its repeat to (1.)

4. Direct console to the AP, no output is seen.

From NCS & controller log, its only show as below:

AP 'TTR13-A03AP0076' disassociated from Controller '10.209.116.16'

AP 'TTR4-A02AP0014' disassociated from Controller '10.209.116.15'

Is there anyone having the same issues?

There is a thread I will try to find, but opening a TAC case is what you probably should do. They can walk you throught the fix, or just RMA.
