I am seeing discovery response sent after that its throwing below error
*spamApTask5: Nov 18 13:56:59.142: apType: Ox34 bundleApImageVer:
*spamApTask5: Nov 18 13:56:59.142: Could not find image version of bundled AP(apType: 52)!!!

paste the output of these commands:
sh sysinfo from WLC (Specially country code and correct SW version on WLC)
sh version form AP
Also paste the complete boot-up process from cisco AP console.
*** IF AP is having mesh image then you need to add mac address of AP in AP policies of WLC.

we need to check the access point console.
Did you try to add the amc address of AP in cisco wlc ??

If you are referring to add AP mac address in AP Authorization List of AP polices in WLC, then yes, I tried doing it.
But no luck. still AP stuck in join state

try to get access to AP console and provide the complete logs.

Can you get the output of "debug capwap error enable" from the WLC CLI ?
and also share the MAC address of the AP in question ?
Thanks,
Manish

Hi Vijay,
2 points:
1. Your AP is an 1852 . The first image that supports this AP is 8.1.111.0. You should upgrade your WLC to at least 8.2 image.
2. The AP is "E" regulatory domain but the country code that you have selected in the WLC is Kuwait. Assuming that your WLC is in Kuwait , you ideally need to get an AP with regulatory domain "I" or enable any European country in your WLC. The first option is recommended technically and legally.
Cheers,
Manish

I had the same issue. This could be one of the following:
1) Licenses not applied to the WLC: Management > Software Activation > Licenses
2) AP MAC restriction list: Security > AP Policies > Policy Configuration > Authorize MIC APs against auth-list or AAA
and below
Security > AP Policies > AP Authorization List > Remove any restrictions
3) Potential bug: https://quickview.cloudapps.cisco.com/quickview/bug/CSCuy50490
