AP AIR-LAP1142N-E-K9 no joining the WLC 5508

AP AIR-LAP1142N-E-K9 no joining the WLC 5508 and giving below error. x.x.x.x replaced with controller real IP.

Location is UAE and regulatory domain set to France. Is this a certificate issue of regulatory domain issue? If I change the regulatory domain, will it require rebooting the WLC/AP?

I didn't see the error message as mine in the link. for certificate related issue is there any workaround to fix?

The link I have provided has a workaround. 
The permanent fix is to upgrade the software of the AP.
