Ap Domain Association

Hello Guys,

does anybody knows or have been receive an alarm in the WCS like that?

AP 'ACCESSPOINT' is unable to associate. The Regulatory Domain '-A' configured on interface '802.11a' does not match the Controller 'CONTROLLER' Regulatory Domain '-T'.

If yes, how do does it change the domaisn on access point?

Hi Rodrigo.

You may configure the country code for the AP by Lightwight AP templates. (or manually)

If configured, it wont join a controller not configured for this country.

If you have a scenario where AP's configured for sevarals country domains mught fallback to a certain controller you should configure it for all country codes. You should make certain that all ap's are configured for country codes.
