AP licensing

Hello,

 

We bought in our company 10 AP 1850 series, and faced some licensing problem. After adding Contract number to our account we can download software for our devices, but we still can't see this AP instances in our smart account portal. 

The question is should i do some additional actions to add my AP to my smart account, or it is normal behavior not to see them there

I have never seen an AP under the SMART account, but the licenses should be there. If you have nothing there, ask your seller to add them to your smart account. I think you can also ask Cisco Licensing by providing them a copy of your purchase order and all serial numbers.
