AP modelo CBW 150AX sin conexión

Hello, we have an AP model CBW 150AX.
We are testing the device on 2 different networks, in one it works correctly but in the other we cannot reach the console. We believe that the company that provides and manages the internet is filtering the traffic to the public request.

Do you know which internet IP the AP should attack to register?

Hello,
@Yan-MCB

To ensure proper registration of your CBW 150AX AP model, you typically need access to certain external IP addresses that allow communication with the cloud or centralized management system. The specific IP addresses or domains required will depend on the brand and model of the AP, as well as the management system it's connected to.

Here are some general steps you can take to troubleshoot and find the relevant IPs:

Check the Vendor Documentation: The first place to check is the manufacturer's documentation or support portal for a list of required IP addresses or domains that the AP needs to communicate with for cloud registration and management. For example, if you're using a cloud-managed AP (like Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti UniFi, or others), they typically provide a list of IP ranges or URLs that need to be accessible.

Firewall/Port Requirements: Ensure that necessary ports are open for communication. Common ports for management might include HTTP, HTTPS, and others (such as 443 for secure web traffic).

DNS Resolution: Some APs may need to resolve domain names to reach the registration servers. Ensure that your network's DNS settings are properly configured and that the AP can reach the necessary domains for registration.

Check with Your ISP: If you suspect your ISP is filtering or blocking traffic, contact them and ask if they are filtering certain ports or IP ranges that could be preventing your AP from reaching the registration servers.   progressive agent login

Use Packet Capturing Tools: If you're still unsure, use tools like Wireshark or tcpdump to capture network traffic and identify the destination IP addresses your AP is trying to reach during the registration process. This can help pinpoint the required addresses.

Let me know if you need further assistance narrowing down specific IPs or checking network
