Not that we have much information we have about your environment and what AP is that, other than a simple screenshot.

Post the complete output to the following commands: 

1.  WLC:  sh sysinfo; 

2.  WLC:  sh time; 

3.  AP:  sh version; and

4.  AP:  sh ip interface brief

Like others have said you've not given any info on design or topology or hardware of software so not much to go on!

I've never seen that message before but then we don't generally put APs on the same LAN as WLC.

My best guess reading that message is that you have an AP on the same LAN/VLAN as the WLC but using a different IP range or subnet mask to the WLC.

So if that is the case then the fix would be to check your WLC and AP IP addressing and correct whichever is wrong.
