AP policies on Cisco mobility express controller

I have mobility controller running on Cisco 1852i. I want to prevent few LWAPPs connecting it.

When I use wlan> mac filter. It prevents only client mac.

How to use mac filter list to filter LWAPPs.

 Mac filter is indeed for clients. For AP I am not sure this is possible on Mobility Express. I know this is possible in 9800 WLC. 

Configuration > Tags & Profiles > Tags > AP > Filter.

On regular AireOS WLCs it's done with AP authorization on the AP ethernet MAC address:

Not sure if that is supported at all on ME.  You could try the CLI commands to see if they work.
