AP's not appearing in Prime

Hi,

Recently, when we install new AP's they show up on our controllers but not on our Cisco Prim NCS 1.1 server??

Could someone help me diagnose this problem please?

In some cases, it would take about 30 minutes before the APs show up.

Your WLC version is v7.2.x or lower right?

I have several different models.

4402 - 7.0.240

4404 - 7.0.240

5505 - 7.4.110

Your 5508 isn't supported in NCS 1.1.  So your AP's on the 4400's should be seen, but not the 5508.  See the matrix.

Hi Jamie,

We had similer problem, we have rebooted the NCS. after that we are able to see  AP's in NCS

even recently we have problem with addind Autonomus AP's. Same solution....dont know Y
