Event log file has not changed.  So this means it is not a crash but a power failure.

Does switch have any log indications when the AP goes down?

I see only these logs in the switch and in the sys log server:

Please post the complete output to the command "sh interface Gi2/0/30 controll".

Move the AP to a different switch member, different port and observe if the ports is still unstable.

That is the last known reason.... what does the show ap uptime show?  Is this ap not joining and continuing to bounce?  Don't focus on that message as at times, its very generic.

Uptime is short from the incident to now.

The AP has been joined to the WLC controller and works as expected.

Sometimes the ap will crash but you should have some sort of crash dump in the flash and at times you don’t. You don’t have any other controllers in the network that are on a different code by chance.
