Hi,
I'm looking for a wireless access point device which supports external captive portal. so when a user connects to AP and open the browser and type some URL, a login page should be presented by the configured server in the AP and if user valid then the internet access is allowed to that user.
(also radius server configuration is required)
Is there a product which meets this requirement in cisco products?

I have a similar requirement where I need a WiFi AP with a captive external portal but I need a registration page to be completed before access is granted.

look at his document this uses a 3502i, but i guess all current autonomous acces points support this configuration
Internal Web Authentication for Guest Access on Autonomous APs Configuration Example
Sorry this is wrong example, it is internal webauth not external

this page suggest there was a product for this, but its not available anymore.
all other links point to WLC
-> seems not possible for autonomous AP even not with external radius.
