We have an AP1200 which looses ethernet connectivity intermittently. The particular AP1200 is in repeater mode.
As of date we have not ported any Wlan devices on the system, we are just monitoring it using what'sup gold.
the primary AP1200 does not indicate this tendency.
thanking you in anticipation.

Hi there,
So the unit is wired or it is a repeater? What kind of device are you connecting back to if it is wired? Try and hardcode the speed and duplex on it.

Hi,
here is a copy of the Cisco wireless faq:
Q. What are the implications of your Access Point being in repeater mode?
A. The Ethernet port is disabled in repeater mode. Effective throughput is cut in half once for each hop away from the parent Access Point.
