AP1200, WPA, and ACS DHCP problem

I have an AP1231G running 12.3(2)JA2 and have used the express setups to create a WLAN running WPA on VLAN200. I have an ACS server setup to authenticate to Windows 2K3 AD. When I attempt to connect the client (Win2K SP2) sits there saying "Attempting to Authenticate."

The CLI on the AP keeps repeating "%DOT11-7-AUTH_FAILED: Station 0004.235b.e1a5 Authenticatio

n failed" and the ACS server's Failed Attemps log gives the error "Failed to Allocate IP Address For User."

I got this setup to work once when I first configured the AP from scratch, but nothing ever since. When it did work I got an IP (10.200.1.151)from a pre-defined pool for that VLAN (from a Cat 6500). Now it looks like ACS is trying to supply the IP address? I tried to create an address pool and assign it to the default group in ACs, but this is not working either.

Any suggestions?
