Hi,

I got some problems getting a wyse terminal with an 802.11B USB card connecting to our AP 1230.

In the log I receive these messages:

Mar 1 00:48:52.186 Information Interface Dot11Radio0, Deauthenticating Station 0020.e058.9c11 Reason: Previous authentication no longer valid

2 Mar 1 00:48:52.186 Warning Packet to client 0020.e058.9c11 reached max retries, removing the client

3 Mar 1 00:46:53.617 Information Interface Dot11Radio0, Station 0020.e058.9c11 Associated KEY_MGMT[NONE]

I don't receive an ip adress from the DHCP server from the LAN, everythings works well for my cisco client PCMCIA card.

When I install a wireless router from USR, I'am connected in no time, but then the USR wireless router plays for DHCP server.

The AP1230 is basic configured , no security etc...

I allready played a bit with the RTS Max. Retries: and Data Max. Retries:

But with no success.

Anyone got a sollution for this problem?

Kind Regards

problem solved !!

I had to upgrade the firmware for the thinclient, the problem was that the firmware was not yet released on the support site from wyse, so someone from Wyse send it to me via e-mail

Cheers
