apple macos device disconnect wifi with 802.1x

i have a ssid use by macos device,and disable loadbalance and 802.11r

the ssid use 802.1x authentication with windows 2012r2 nps service(radius)

but apple device untimely disconnect,windows device is no problem

i open a ssid use by password to test that is ok(macos)

i need help.thanks

Please post a 'debug client macaddressofclient' output from the WLC when you test with an affected client.

can you give more details about this disconnection ? is it after a time or in the moment when the client is autheticated ?

Sounds like an issue with the Mac device. I run the same code/scenario and do not have any issues with Macs that I am aware of. 
Apple devices used to be notorious for having issues on cisco wireless and roaming. I wouldn’t disable 802.11r as Apple devices support it and rely on it for better roaming. 

have the user upgrade to a newer version of macOS.
