We have an AT&T 3g MicroCell that we cannot get registered.
After talking with AT&T Lvl 2 Support, they have stated that their system shows that the device has been tampered with and thus it will not register and they will no longer provide support. The Power, Ethernet and GPS all connect without an issue, but the 3g signal bar flashes red.
This is used by my in-laws who are 74 years old. Other than myself, they are the only ones who have worked with this device. They can barely change an ink cartridge in their printer let alone try to open this device that has no external screws.
Is there any way to do a Factory Reset of the entire device? We have already done the reset button in the back.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
