Best Wireless solution for indoor office space

We have around 5000 sqft area and 10 glass cabins within this area. we have around 100 users who uses remote vpn and access remote servers.users will also roam around so need a vWLC.

1.) how many access point is required with model no.?

2.) best solutions would be ?

so will cisco partners will do this survey or who will do it as we don't know whom to contact for site survey.

Just type in "wireless site survey" in Google and you'll find a lot of people in your region who can do this. The first thing you need to decide is the choice of AP to deploy. This decision falls on you and not the person or company doing the wireless site survey.
This is extremely important. Each model of AP behaves very differently. So decide on the model of wireless access point before a wireless site survey is done.

Hi Aman,

It looks like you are in need of an initial deployment of a WLAN network for your office.

Steps:

1. Get a site survey done. There are multiple small compnaies who can do this including Cisco partners.

2. Get in touch with a  sales rep from different WLAN vendors and ask them to offer a solution and provide you with a proof of concept based on your requirements.

3. The sales rep can refer you to the organization which can deploy this.

Use CIsco 2700 series or 2800 series AP

2 AP would enough for your mentioned 5000sqft area user can also roam within the area.

for more accuracy use Ekahau Tool suggest by Cisco surveyors to plan a campus area wireless network

Listen to what everyone suggestion on your thread. The importance of using a qualified partner/Engineer is not only to perform a site survey, but also understand everything you will be using for wireless. They can also suggest device type, model and code which is also important. They should be able to call out any risk to make you aware of so that everyone is aligned with the overall design.
