Block Wireless Clients

Hi

How do I block x 20 Wireless clients on our Cisco  8540 WLC and no more just the 20 clients which use the same WLAN.??

You mean WLAN with SSID can only access 20 users ? first option i can think to restrict DHCP scope to 20 usable address?
