If your Ap has 802.11b radio it will not work. Requires 802.11g radio. Also what code is on your wlc ?
1200 won't work past 7.0 code ..

Hi George,
Thanks for your reply, I've checked the internal antenna card and it was this model AIR-MP20B 2.4Ghz, the 5Ghz antenna adapter is AIR-RM22a-AK9.
Does this means the internal 2.4Ghz radio card will not work with the controller?

I recall from way back that 802.11b radios arent supported. I also notice this from your cpature:
*Nov 16 17:14:17.019: bsnUnlockDevice: not bring radio up: radio 0 is in admin disable state
My hunch is that you need to upgrade that radio before she will join or remove that radio and see if that fixes the join process.

Hi George,
I think you are right, once I removed the internal radio AIR-MP20B, it joins to the WLC with the RM22A-A-K9 5Ghz antenna adapter.
I've also swapped the internal radio with AIR-MP21G-E-K9 and both radio joins to the WLC normally.
Therefore, I guess that the AIR-MP20B is not supported.
