Dear Leo,

How should I do?

Thank you very much.

Two options:
1. RMA the AP; or
2. Contact Cisco TAC and they will provide assistance and instruction on how to load the firmware via console (will take <50 minutes).

had same thing happen to a 2800 AP had to RMA the AP

I downgrade the firmware and there are other 2 APs happen the same.

Thank you very much.

What firmware is the controller running on?

The current is 8.7.106.0, I will downgrade to > 8.5.151.0.

Thank you very much.

8.7.106.0?
Post the complete output to the following commands:
1. sh sysinfo; and
2. sh memory mbuf summary

I think I found it, it's because image and hardware is mismatch. :-D

Thank you very much.

If you insist of using 8.7.105.0, pay close attention to your MBUF pool because of memory pool.
Monitor the Free MBUF pool regularly.

Yeah I had an entire batch that had to be returned
