C2802 AP Not Joinining WLC 2504

Hi,

I have 25AP base AP count license 

I can join AP 4 only after remove will try again only 2 AP can join

please advice me

WLC code is 8.2.170.0

Post the complete output to the following commands:
1. WLC: sh sysinfo;
2. WLC: sh time;
3. WLC: sh license; and
4. AP: sh version

I had a batch of 2802s purchased around May 2018 that would not join my controller running code 8.3.130. My fix was to manually load another lightweight AP image (ap3g3-k9w8-tar.153-3.JF.tar, it was small enough to load up). After this it would communicated without an issue, more importantly it would download the proper image form the WLC.
