C9800 + 2802E : CLIENT_DELETE_REASON_RADIO_DOWN

Hello,

I have a new incident I'm working on with a user who is telling me he has been getting bounced off of one particular SSID. He claims that others using Guest and another SSID are not losing connectivity. This user is on a Windows 10 laptop and I ran a radioactive trace on his wifi Mac and also the AP he was attached to.

On the AP radioactive log, I see over 300 entries with this:

2021/09/01 14:03:21.635771 {wncd_x_R0-2}{1}: [client-orch-sm] [18427]: (note): Delete client from bssid. Sending ack notification to apmgr for bssid disable/delete reason:

174, CO_CLIENT_DELETE_REASON_RADIO_DOWN, BSSID: 500f.80c0.8ac0

The AP also rebooted randomly yesterday and I've been watching it since.

Any suggestions?

   - If  the ap reboots , try to issue the command show logging just after boot , you may get more info's

What is the client? Is the client running latest drivers?

Also check whether all the Antenna's are connected to the AP and on the correct port?
