Hi Master
I have read datasheet
C9124AXI-ROW wasn't on support list , Is it mean can't act as EWC ? Am I right ?
I follow setup guide , AP show EWC-AP-Image as detail below , but logging still show "revovering mode""
AP Running Image : 17.10.0.181
Primary Boot Image : 17.10.0.181
Backup Boot Image : 17.6.1.13

- Check if the flash on the AP is not 100% full , if so then delete unwanted files , such as core files,

I believe EWC is supported on 9124.
It can take a long time to start up - did you wait at least 10 minutes?
Otherwise capture the complete AP console log from power on and share as text file attachment here.

Well that's pretty conclusive - the flash/images are corrupt so you need to re-install the software and it even tells you what to do:
Please use 'archive download-sw' to upgrade AP and Controller image.
So download your version of choice - eg:
https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286326654/type/286323077/release/17.6.4
https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286326654/type/286323077/release/17.9.2
https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286326654/type/286323077/release/17.10.1
and verify the md5 and/or sha512 hashes for the downloaded zip file.
Then extract the contents of the zip file to your SFTP/TFTP server and use archive download-sw to install to the AP.
The files you will need specifically are the EWC image C9800-AP-iosxe-wlc.bin and the AP image ap1g6a.

So you successfully re-installed the software with no errors?
If so then the AP may be faulty.
One more thing to try - do a full recovery of the AP following the procedure at https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/catalyst-9120axi-access-point/217537-repairing-c9120-c9115-access-points-from.html
That will return the AP to basic CAPWAP capability and you can then convert to EWC again.
As far as I know the 9124 should use the same image as the 9130 (although those images may pre-date the 9124). Worst case scenario is that it doesn't work and you're no worse off - then you call TAC and RMA the AP.
