Can I change roaming characteristics on a controller

Folks,

              I have fixing a very bad design where the coverage is not good. The users are complaining that when they roam their phones get disconnected as the APs are connected to controllers in different subnets and cckm does not work well in inter subnet roaming. The client should have done a proper site servey before deploying access points. Is there a way I can fine tune the roaming characteristics of the controller so that the clients do not roam that offten leading to disconnet calls?

Hi Navin,

Its my opinion if you start getting fancy with changing romaing you will ask for even more problems. If the network is properly deisgned and a soild survey was done you shouldnt have to get fancy.

A few quick questions..

1. Why the L3 roam ?

2. Is there proper cell over lap

3. What model phones are you using
