Dear all,

Please, need your advice about this,

my user ask me to change the wlc configuration to 5 ghz only with n/ac only.

they said their end-points (smartphone and notebook) are support with n/ac and 5 ghz.
what the impact if we deploy this configure ?

and what the different with speed on wi-fi status and your internet speed ?

Thank You ...

It is a good idea if you can limit your SSID to 5GHz only.

Under WLAN -> General -> Radio Policy -> select 802.11a only

Data rates you get depend on AP/Client channel width (20,40,80) support, Spatial stream support (1,2,3) and SGI/LGI (0.4 or 0.8 micro seconds) and MCS (Modulation & Coding Scheme)
