Change domain passwords with wifi users

Hello,
The users can not change the passwords if they are connected to the WI-FI. They must connect to the wired network and change the password to access the WIFI.
The Domain Server is W2008.
Controller: WLC4402 Software 4.0.219.0
Somebody know an explanation to this fact...

Our company's wireless network configuration is very similiar to yours, I use PEAP/MSCHAPv2 connect to the corporate WLAN and join the AD, I can change my AD account password with the wireless connection without any problem. There's nothing from Cisco's WLC/AP to prevent the client to change his AD account password, so I suggest you to ask a microsoft engineer to check if any policy had been configured in AD(for example Wireless access policy) to prevent the client changing password when using wireless connection.
