Changing IP Adress on prime ncs HA secondary server

Hello,

I forgot switching off HA before moving prime ncs ha secondary server to a new location . Now I want to change the ip address of the secondary server to fit  into the ip range of the new location, but it does not work. Software version is 3.4.0.

Factory reset did also not work. What should I do?

Might be easier to rebuild it and then on the startup wizard define it as a secondary. You can also open a Tac case and see what they have to say, but rebuilding it would be easier I would say since it’s a secondary.

Rebuilding took some hours but both servers work fine now.
