Hi,
Since the end of sale of Cisco 1300/1400 Wireless Bridges, I've been looking for a replacement product.
I noticed Cisco have released the 1530 Outdoor Wireless Access Point. Has anyone used them successfully as a Wireless Bridge and does anyone know if theres a range calculation utility to work out approximate distance the 1530 will cover with integrated/external antennas?
Cheers,

The replacement for the bridges were the exalt r5005 which Cisco resold. These are true outdoor point to point bridges up to 160mbps half duplex. You can probably use the old calc or the mesh range calc to give you a good estimate.
