Cisco 1832i firmware ap1g4 (8.1.143.0) lightweight to autonomous upgrade

Hi,

I am looking for a way how to upgrade subjected firmware from the lightweight to autonomous (ME - Mobility Express),

I have Cisco Access Point Air-AP1832i-e-k9, how to download running firmware and upload new one. AP is not allowing me to go into "conf t" mode.

Please help.

To download software you need to have a valid contract. As @patoberli mentioned, you need a valid service contract to download software from cisco.

Or you can ask your supplier to provide the ME software
