I would like to ask, maybe you know or maybe you have tried to use these cables from Cisco :

for Cisco 1941W router with external antennas?

How far are you trying to extend the antennas? Those will work to reduce the attenuation if trying to extend the placement of the antennas. Basically they are LMR cables.
