Cisco 350 AP Firmware Update

All your documentation points to updating my firmware but when I try to update via browser the file will not load. Am I using the right file? Your documentation says to use the tar and that did not work so I untared the file and there are numerous files so I was not sure which one to use so I used the c350-k9w7-mx.123-4.JA file. The version on the ap is old (12.0.3t). Please help on which file to use.

When you update the firmware with your browser, you browse to your hard drive or to a mapped network drive for the new firmware. You can update the three firmware componentsthe management system firmware, the firmware web pages, and the radio firmwareindividually or all at once.
