I have Cisco 7921G phone which is not registering on WISM and displaying error ‘connection failed’.
I have found the below error once activated the site-survey from Phone.
The country code AE is not supported. (Country is UAE).

Hi,
I already saw the phone not supporting Qatar and Croatia country code (their support is new on the WLC side).
I would advise to configure the wireless infrastructure to another country code with the same regulations so that the phones can work.
Waiting for a new phone firmware supporting that.
