Cisco 8821 IP Phone Bundle Question

The Cisco 8821 IP Phone Bundle comes with the following items:

1. Wireles 8821 IP Phone,
2. Battery
3. Power Cord
4. Power Adapter
5. Country Clip

Can someone please tell me what the country clip is? My guess is that it's a clip for the phone that allows you to attach the phone to your belt or pocket. I can't find a description anywhere and need to be sure.

The country clip is the piece that attaches to the power adapter for localized international power needs.

Just a heads up, these phones do not perform reliably at this time. I would strongly suggest not deploying them to users without extensive testing. Cisco has actually halted selling them due to the serious issues they have. http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/field-notices/642/fn64274.html
